Customized stand designs must be approved by the organizing committee before stand construction and customization initiate. The design must be submitted 30 days prior to the event. The exhibitor is responsible for the removal of debris, surplus products and construction materials resulting from stand construction, as well as leftover boxes, seals and packing materials (see contract for more details).
If the decoration and design of your stand does not comply with the objective of TerraExpo 2012, the organizer reserves the right to halt works on the stand and request changes.
